I am alway so pleased with the arrangements and service I get from Kim at Garden Gift & Floral. She has a beautiful eye for design and goes out of her way to make my arrangements special. She did a lovely arrangement last week for me for a house warming gift all from e-mail communication. It was even better than I had hoped. Thank you Kim!

I was super disappointed with the flowers that were received. They called me the day of and said that they didn't have the flowers that I purchased and would have to make substitutions. I said that was fine. I did assume that the substitutions would be comparable. They were not. They also failed to mention that the bouquet wouldn't be coming with the basket that was shown in the picture. When I saw a picture of what was received I was extremely disappointed. It looked like a $20 boquet from the grocery store and not even close to worth the almost $100 I paid.

Kim went above and beyond on my moms birthday arrangement and stayed in communication so well to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! I can’t say enough great things about how easy and user friendly the online ordering was! 11/10 would recommend and use again!
